Preaching the Word of God to others or living by its principles in your marriage and family life, can be overwhelming.
What exactly do I mean you ask?
Preaching the Word of God, and living it out within the context of marriage and family, are both sacred responsibilities. Yet, at times, they can feel challenging and overwhelming.
You may find yourself called to minister before others, but uncertain of how to prepare and deliver a message that is clear, faithful to Scripture, and impactful. Or within your own home, you and your partner may be experiencing difficulty in communicating with understanding, patience, and love.
These are not uncommon experiences. Many have walked this path and felt the same weight.
The encouragement is that you do not have to navigate these challenges on your own.
Through our courses, we provide structured, Scripture-based guidance to support you in both your calling and your relationships. Our preaching course is designed to assist both aspiring and experienced preachers in developing well-prepared, biblically grounded sermons, and in delivering them with clarity and confidence.
Our marriage course offers practical, Christ-centred principles to help couples strengthen their communication, deepen their understanding of one another, and build a home rooted in love, respect, and spiritual alignment.
With the right guidance and commitment, both preaching and marriage can become not burdens, but meaningful and fulfilling expressions of your faith.
About Dr OT Mngqibisa
(affectionately known as Pastor OT)
Being a marriage counsellor and preacher and having worked for the Seventh Day Adventist Church in various capacities for over 35 years until retirement, I have helped preachers to refine their calling and couples to fortify their unions. I have been very fortunate to be able to teach hundreds of preachers and couples over the years how to be an even greater blessing to their churches and families respectively.
I now help them through my Xhosa online courses, having witnessed the lack of resources on preaching and marriage in my community. So many Xhosa speaking Christians around the country and even abroad have been looking for learning
materials in their mother tongue to help them better shape their sermons or strengthen their marriages. Sometimes even both.
I have put my years of experience as a theology lecturer and counsellor in assisting preachers and couples to succeed in areas that matter most to them, understanding that by doing so, an entire community is eventually changed.
